Terms

Engagements are scoped, priced, and timed in writing before any work begins. Either side can decline before a contract is signed.

Once an engagement starts, the deliverables, milestones, and price are fixed in the contract. Changes are documented and re-priced.

On full payment, all custom code and assets transfer to you, including ownership of any third-party accounts created on your behalf.

We don't claim ownership over your data, ideas, or business. We may reference completed work as portfolio material unless you ask us not to.
